Who we are
Train the day
you actually have.
Adaptive race preparation for self-coached athletes, built by people who
race it themselves. Here is why HYREN exists and how it decides.
Static plans break when the athlete changes.
- Readiness after a hard session, or a poor night's recovery
- The time, equipment and training days you actually have this week
- Your race date, your accumulated load and how the last block really went
A programme written on Monday cannot see what changed by Thursday. HYREN
began with its founder's own training interruption — an ordinary athlete's problem, turned
into a product brief. It is a training problem, not a medical claim.
One engine turns today's context into today's session.
01 · Read
Readiness, load, race context
From what you logged and how it felt — never from a device you did not connect.
02 · Decide
Deterministic safety and progression rules
Bounded choices, with the constraints visible rather than implied.
03 · Train
One session that fits today
Not a library to search. The session, and the reason it is that session.
04 · Learn
Completion and feedback update the state
What you did — and skipped — is what the next decision is made from.
The core decision stays explainable. AI can help build and
narrate the experience; it does not invent the training decision.
Why you can ask HYREN "why this session?" and get a real answer
The working product already closes the loop.
Readiness
Your own check-ins and sessions, scored into the number the day is built from.
Adaptive session
Re-scored against your race date and your recent training, every week.
Recovery
A five-day projection, and training that works around what hurts.
Library and state
The whole race — every station, plus the simulations — and your history behind it.
- 01
Deterministic core
Readiness, load and progression decisions you can trace back to a rule.
- 02
Longitudinal state
What you planned, what you completed, and what you reported about it.
- 03
Safety gates
Your constraints and recovery signals bound what the engine is allowed to ask of you.
- 04
Feedback flywheel
Observed decisions sharpen the rules, the test coverage and the explanations.
From an injury-led insight to an approved external beta in four months.
- Apr
The brief
A training interruption scoped into an adaptive training product.
- Jun
A working beta
Readiness, training, recovery and the Library, closing the loop end to end.
- Aug
External beta
Approved by Apple's beta review, and in the hands of testers.
A public iOS launch is the next step, and it is subject to App Store
submission and Apple's review — so we will say it has happened when it has.
Built by people who train on what they ship.

The guardrails we hold ourselves to.

Explainable decisions
Rule-bounded recommendations, visible constraints, and safety gates you can
see rather than infer.
